Electrical manufactory covers an area of ??2500 square meters,of which more than 1400 square meters keep constant temperature and humidity, constant pressure, dustproof, to minimize production environment impact on product quality.
Electrical workshop has copper punching machine, magnetic pole coil pressing machine, ring coil numerical control pressing machine, hot air circulation oven, automatic electromagnetic wire straightening blanking machine and electrical insulation testing room. The most advanced numerical control automatic wire rod pressing machine in our country was newly introduced in 2006. It allows wire rod shaped under constant temperature into the mold and the process of heating, heat preservation, water cooling down and pressurization to be controlled automatically. Meanwhile, the electronic process records can be saved. The device can effectively improve internal quality of wire rod after hot curing,.In addition, a hot wire rod with cold depanning, can reduce the deformation after depanning and therefore fully guarantee quality and stability of the wire rod. |
